Child Safety Standards
JUNPA takes the safety of children and teens seriously. We do not allow child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), grooming, harassment, or dangerous meetings.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Creating, posting, sharing, requesting, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
- Sexual depictions or objectification of children, or attempts to initiate sexual conversations with them
- Grooming, luring, threats, exposing personal information, or forcing an offline meeting
- Location sharing or game use that creates a physical danger to a child or another user
Age and safety limits for location games
Multiplayer that shares precise live location with other participants is available only to users aged 18 or older. Public neighborhood rooms are disabled until safety verification is complete; use invite-only rooms only with people you trust. If you feel unsafe, use the emergency location stop immediately and leave the room.
Reporting and blocking
- Use a content menu in the app to report posts and supported comments, reviews, or crew content.
- Block a user to limit exposure to that user’s content.
- If in-app reporting is unavailable or you do not have an account, email the contact below with the target, reason, and any link or screenshot you can safely provide.

How we respond
- We review the report and may apply temporary protective measures, such as limiting visibility.
- When a violation is confirmed, we may remove content, restrict features, or take action against the account.
- If a child appears to be in immediate danger or illegal material is suspected, we cooperate with police or other competent authorities as required by law.
For an immediate physical danger, do not wait for an in-app report. Contact 112 in Korea or the emergency service where you are located.
