Account and Data Deletion
Deleting the shared account permanently deletes JUNPA data and account-linked data in PACLE services used with the same account, including profiles, posts, clips, messages, friends, rooms, and memberships. This cannot be undone.
Delete immediately in the app
- Open the Profile tab in JUNPA.
- Select Settings → Delete account.
- Review the deletion scope, enter your current password, and tap Delete account.
After the request succeeds, sign-in tokens, active run and game state on the device, and shared account data on the server are cleared through the deletion process.
If you cannot sign in
From the email address used to register, send “JUNPA shared account deletion request” to the address below. We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify account ownership.
Data that is deleted
- The shared account and profile, including email, password, nickname, handle, bio, and character
- JUNPA posts, comments, photos, marathon reviews, run records, saved routes, and game participation state
- Account-linked PACLE data, including posts, clips, reactions, room chats, direct messages, friends, notifications, and memberships
If a crew you own has another approved member, ownership may be transferred to that member so the crew can continue. If no eligible member exists, the crew and its child data may be deleted.
Data that may be retained separately
The minimum information strictly required for legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or abuse prevention may be stored separately for the applicable purpose and legally required period, then deleted. We do not keep a deleted account in a recoverable state merely for convenience.
Processing information
In-app deletion displays the result as soon as the server confirms it. Email requests are processed after identity verification, and we will reply with status information.
