Privacy Policy
JUNPA (the “Service”) processes personal information only as needed to provide run tracking, community features, and location-based games. JUNPA uses a shared PACLE account and protects user information in accordance with applicable law.
1. Information we process

2. Location and background processing
Precise location is used for a run you start and for location and capture decisions in the cops-and-robbers game. If you select “Always Allow,” an activity you started can continue while the screen is off or another app is open. Location collection and transmission stop when you end the run or game, use the emergency location stop, sign out, or delete the shared account.
When you request a neighborhood check, location is converted to an address and neighborhood information is sent to the server to find public rooms. During multiplayer, your precise location may be shown as a character position to participants in the same private or public room. Public rooms may include people you do not know. Multiplayer is available only to users aged 18 or older.
3. Camera, photos, and notifications
- The camera is used only to display the AR capture screen. Photos, video, and audio from that screen are not saved or transmitted.
- The photo library is accessed only when you choose a photo to attach to a post.
- A push token is used to deliver Service notifications, such as marathon reminders you request.
4. Purposes
- Authenticate the shared account and identify users
- Measure, save, recover, and summarize runs
- Operate location-based games, decide captures and rescues, and prevent abuse
- Provide boards, marathons, crews, and notifications
- Process reports and blocks, secure the Service, resolve incidents, and improve the Service
5. Storage, visibility, and retention
- The default visibility of a run is “Only me.” Shareable routes exclude approximately 200 meters near the start and finish and use reduced coordinate precision.
- Saved run routes and content remain until you delete them or delete the shared account.
- Live game coordinates are processed temporarily for gameplay and reconnection, and are removed on a normal exit or game end. Temporary data left by an abnormal exit expires after a limited period.
- Minimum information required for legal compliance, dispute handling, security, or abuse prevention may be stored separately for the applicable purpose and legally required period, then deleted.
6. External processing services
To provide the Service, we may use cloud servers and storage, Apple Push Notification service (APNs), Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM), Google Maps, Apple Maps, and OpenStreetMap-based routing services. JUNPA does not sell personal information or provide it for advertising tracking.
7. Your rights and account deletion
You can view and update your information, delete your content and runs in the app, and revoke location, camera, photo, or notification permission in device settings. You can request deletion of the shared account as described in the Account and Data Deletion Guide.
Important: deleting the shared account also deletes the profile, content, messages, friends, and memberships in PACLE services used with the same account, not only JUNPA.

9. Changes
