Basic troubleshooting

  1. Check the App Store to make sure JUNPA is up to date.
  2. Fully close the app, then open it again.
  3. Check your Wi-Fi or cellular connection.
  4. If the issue continues, email us the app version shown in Settings and the steps needed to reproduce it.

Location and run tracking

Location is used to measure a run you start or while you participate in a location-based game. To continue an activity after the screen turns off, open iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → JUNPA, choose “Always,” and turn on Precise Location.

You can record in the foreground with “While Using the App,” but tracking may stop if you turn off the screen or switch to another app. When you finish a run or game, use the in-app stop or emergency location stop control.

Sign-in and account

JUNPA uses a shared account with PACLE. You can sign in with your email and password or create an account in the app. Never send your password in a support request.

To delete your account, open Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Deleting the shared account also deletes account-linked data from PACLE services used with that account, not only JUNPA. See the Account and Data Deletion Guide for details.

Reports, blocks, and safety

You can report posts, comments, reviews, or crew content from the content menu. Blocking a user limits that user’s content in the app. If you cannot report in the app, email us the target and reason.

Multiplayer that shares precise location is available only to users aged 18 or older. Watch your surroundings and stay out of roads, railways, construction sites, private property, and restricted areas. If anyone is in immediate physical danger, contact local emergency services instead of waiting for an in-app report.
